Our business activities include the maintenance of elevators for public use, such as elevators which were installed in educational institutions, governmental buildings, hotels, clinics, cultural centers, stores and factories.<\/p>\n

We are currently responsible for the maintenance of the following elevators for public use:<\/p>\n

The frequency of elevator maintenance is specified by the legislation set by the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance. According to the legislation \u039a.\u0394.\u03a0. 533\/2012, the minimum number of visits for the maintenance of a passenger elevator for public use is 12 times per year (at least).<\/p>\n

We are following the method of preventative, and not occasional maintenance in our elevators. Through this method, we are able to minimise breakdowns and potential evacuations, as well as to ensure the safe function of the elevators.<\/p>\n
