According to the legislation \u039a.\u0394.\u03a0. 533\/2012, the minimum number of visits for the maintenance of a passenger elevator for public use is 12 times per year (at least).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are following the method of preventative, and not occasional maintenance in our elevators.
