Our business activities include the maintenance of elevators for private residences, or elevators for private use.<\/p>\n

The frequency of elevator maintenance is specified by the legislation set by the Ministry of Labour, Welfare and Social Insurance. According to the legislation \u039a.\u0394.\u03a0. 533\/2012, the minimum number of visits for the maintenance of a passenger elevator for private use is 4 times per year (at least).<\/p>\n

We are following the method of preventative, and not occasional maintenance in our elevators. Through this method, we are able to minimise breakdowns and potential evacuations, as well as to ensure the safe function of the elevators.<\/p>\n
